5.What is the difference between Yogic exercises and ordinary physical exercises?
The difference between Yogic exercises and ordinary psychical exercises is that psychical exercises emphasize violent movements of the muscles, while Yogic exercises promote slow and conscious movements of the body, thus avoiding the build-up of lactic acid in the muscle fibers, avoiding fatigue. The main purpose of exercise is to increase circulation and the intake of oxygen.
5.What is the duration of Hatha Yoga?
Practice takes 1 hour in the beginning and can be practiced up to 2 hours.
6. What is a meaning of Hatha Yoga?
The definition of yoga, is union. Ha means sun and tha means moon – or opposites, and all the attributes that go with these opposites: hot and cold, dark and light, physical and mental, male and female. Hatha Yoga is the union of opposites in order to reach balance – mentally, physically, spiritually.
7.Why should I take yoga? Why should I add yoga?
First of all it is important to understand what is health. Health is the state of body when all organs functions perfectly under the intelligent control of the mind. Psychical culture systems develop the muscles by mechanical movements and exercises, however yogic exercises not only develop the body, but also broaden the mental state. Muscular development does not necessarily mean a healthy body. Yogic exercises emphazise flexibility and elasticity of the spinal column and other joints. Yoga helps to keep arteries elastic and maintain an even supply of blood.
